How Do I Get My Login for the Portal?

I notice that when I send an email that after I have sent it I go the the "Sent" folder and the message that I sent doesn't appear. Eventhough I received a notice stating that my message has been sent there is no record of it ever having been composed or sent.

Can I forward my amfpilot email to my personal email address?

Can I change my email and portal password?

I'm an ACP and need to update the parts of the Pilot Portal I'm responsible for -- How the heck do I do that???

Why do I have to log in to the portal and then to the email system? Can I just log in once?

How come when I click on the links on the portal that point to a PDF document I'm prompted to save the file to my hard drive instead of just being able to view it in my browser?
